To Report a Power Outage on Clay Electric's Lines
To report an outage in the MyClayElectric mobile app, click on Submit Outage/Inquiry.
(If the screen then says your location is in an outage, we are aware and you do not need to report further.)

Please do not report outages via email, as email communication may not receive immediate attention.

Please stay on the line to report the damage and location. Personnel are on duty seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Also, stay clear of the damage and warn others.
